Color Variation Notice
Rug yarns are dyed to obtain desired colors.
- This dyeing process naturally results in some degree of color variation.
- We will do our best to achieve the closest possible match to the target colors.
- However, slight differences between dyed yarns and desired colors are unavoidable.
These color variations are not considered defects.
And cannot be used as grounds for returns or exchanges.

Free shipping by air and by sea.
What’s Included:
- For Residential Deliveries: Delivery to the front door, porch, or garage. Items will be placed in the first available dry, protected area outside your home.
- For Commercial Deliveries: Delivery to the dock of the commercial building.
- For Multi-Unit Buildings: Delivery inside the main entrance of the building. We cannot deliver to specific apartment doors
- Notes: A signature may be required upon delivery.
Our standard delivery does not include:
- Inside delivery to your room of choice
- Unpacking of items
- Assembly services
- Removal of packing materials
Delivery Time
Delivery times vary based on rug size:
1). Smaller rugs to be shipped by air
- Under 120cm / 3.9 feet after rolled by the short side
- Delivery time: 5-8 business days to most locations
2). Larger rugs to be shipping by sea
- Over 120cm / 3.9 feet after rolled by the short side
- Delivery time: 20-30 business days to most locations

Our custom rugs are uniquely crafted for you. Once an order is placed, we cannot cancel it.
These made-to-order items are also not eligible for our standard 30-day return policy.

Each custom-made piece comes with a 1-year protection plan.
This warranty covers any issues related to materials or craftsmanship.
This warranty is provided directly by our company for your peace of mind.
Returns
We value customer satisfaction and offer a 30-day return window for rugs due to quality issues.
However, due to their personalized nature, custom-made rugs are not returnable due to personal preference reasons.

Washing Instructions
- Caution: Our rugs are constructed using water-soluble backing glue.
This means:
- Avoid washing with water or any liquids.
- If exposed to moisture, the backing glue may dissolve.
- This can affect the rug’s structure and durability.
Vacuum cleaning
- We recommend dry cleaning methods only.
- Use a vacuum or professional dry cleaning service.
If a spill occurs:
- Blot immediately with a clean, dry cloth.
- Do not rub or use water to clean.
- For stubborn stains or thorough cleaning, please consult a professional rug cleaner familiar with water-sensitive materials.
- By following these care instructions, you’ll help preserve your rug’s quality and appearance for years to come.
To keep your rug looking its best, vacuum regularly in the direction of the pile.
- When vacuuming, make sure the brushes are not in the “out position” to protect the fibers.
- For a deep clean, have your rug professionally washed flat.
Shedding
It’s normal for new rugs to shed excess fibers – simply remove this loose pile as it appears.
Shedding will decrease over time with regular care.
