First of all, if you have any questions or issues, the most convenient way to get things right is always to contact Mirugcle Customer Service.

1. General Return & Refund Policies

Mirugcle offer 100% refunds on various conditions:

  • There are quality problems
  • Within 3 days upon payment received

Meanwhile, we offer partial refunds on various conditions:

  • 80% of the sales price 3 days after the payment but before we start to process the rugs
  • 50% of the sales price while rugs are in production but not ready
  • 0% of the sales price while the rugs are ready but not yet shipped out
  • 0% of the sales price after the rugs are shipped out
  • 0% of the sales price in case the delivery failure is due to the buyer, including wrong address, wrong phone number, cannot be reached by e-mail or phone, etc.

2. Items that Can’t be Returned

Mirugcle.com doesn’t accept any returns.

3. Track Your Refund

You can check the status of your refund in Your Orders by Refund Status.

  • Go to Your Orders.
  • Next to the order, select View Refund Status.

4. Time for Refund

Once we issue your refund, it will go back to the original account with which you make the payment.

It takes additional time for your financial institution to make funds available in your account.

Mirugcle.com accepts payment by PayPal at this moment, and it may take 3 to 5 business days for the refund to arrive in your account after the refund is processed.

5. Cancellation Policy

Mirugcle may cancel a transaction under the following circumstances:

  • The buyer did not pay (Mirugcle may flag a buyer for a payment not received, chargeback, or canceled payment.)
  • Both the buyer and Mirugcle agree to cancel the transaction before shipment, and Mirugcle has issued the buyer a full refund.
  • Mirugcle has decided to refuse service to the buyer, and if the buyer has already paid, Mirugcle has issued a full refund, including shipping.
  • The buyer did not receive the item(s) ordered, even though Mirugcle has provided proof of shipping, and Mirugcle has issued a refund for the item (Refunding shipping is optional).
  • The buyer and Mirugcle agreed that the buyer could return the item to Mirugcle for a refund. Mirugcle has received the returned item and issued a refund to the buyer for the item (Refunding shipping is optional).

All cancellations must follow these policies:

  • The order meets one of the above criteria.
  • The buyer has not yet received their item. (Received orders don’t qualify for cancellation.)
  • Mirugcle refunds the buyer in full, except as described above.
