Generally, Mirugcle offers FREE shipping for eligible packages to destinations around the globe.
- For the long side of the rug shorter than 120cm, shipping time to most states is 5-8 business days.
- For the long side of the rug longer than 120cm, shipping time to most states is 20-30 business days.

1. Calculating Shipping and Delivery Dates
Mirugcle calculates delivery estimates by adding the transit time to the estimated shipping date.
- Transit time is based on courier companies.
- We calculate transit time using business days.
- Saturday and Sunday don’t usually count toward the transit time.
- We also take holidays into account when calculating the transit time.
2. Order Processing
First of all, orders placed on Mirugcle.com will be processed within 3 business day.
The process includes basic tasks check our stock, check the process time with rugs maker, verifying shipping destinations, booking shipping plans, notifying buyers about the latest steps:
- Notify and double confirm with buyers about the order info like pattern, size, address etc;
- Notify buyers when the rugs will be ready;
Note:
Mirugcle team will try our best to process orders on weekends and holidays.
This is a promise but not a guarantee.
3. Status of Your Order
First of all, when you place an order on Mirugcle.com, the order processing system will send you automatic emails, notifying some important steps about the package.
- You will receive an email notification for your order confirm after it is processed within 1 business day.
- Next, you will receive another email notification, which includes a tracking number after rugs send out.
There are two ways for buyers to receive tracking information about their packages.
- Check your email box regularly for automatic notification about the latest status.
- Or use the Track Your Package button on the footer section of the website, and enter your tracking number manually.
If an order includes multiple packages, each may have separate delivery dates and tracking information.

4. Late Deliveries
Packages sometimes arrive after the estimated delivery date.
Some of the common reasons for late delivery can be incorrect address; missing apartment, building, floor, or unit number, severe weather conditions, or international customs procedures.

5. Undeliverable Packages
Occasionally, packages are returned as undeliverable.
A package might be returned as undeliverable for buyer’s reasons:
- The address is incorrect or outdated;
- You use a restricted address;
- The carrier attempts multiple deliveries but fail;
- The recipient refuses the delivery.
- In rare cases, address labels may become impossible to read in transit.
- The package was damaged in transit.
We won’t be responsible or refund for above situations.
We can’t re-ship packages that carriers return to us as undeliverable.
If you still want to purchase items that were undeliverable, place a new order on our website.
